Complete Facility, Studio and Vacation Rentals are available between scheduled workshops upon first come, first serve
basis. You have the option to rent the entire facility or a smaller portion thereof. Rental space is limited, so we highly

We will customize a retreat or family vacation by arranging private instruction for your art, wellness or nature study
interest. Healing Arts and Wellness Services by licensed providers - such as massage, aromotherapy bath treatments,
yoga instruction or energy healings - are also available upon request.
4-Wheel drive vehicle transportation is highly recommended.
For your convenience, transportation services are provided by our host or caretaker upon request.

Rental Confirmation and Deposits: A Rental Deposit is Required to confirm reservation equal to (1) night stay. In addition, a Security Deposit is Required with Hummingbird House Rentals paid upon arrival. Upon approved inspection, the Security Deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure. In booking your stay you agree that you will take care of the property and ensure that no damage is done or that no property is removed from premisis. You agree that if those events were to take place, your credit card may be charged- in addition to the required security deposit - for the amount of damages or loss sustained. All persons in a party must register prior to arrival. All guests must sign a disclaimer accepting full responsibility for personal experience. See Request for Reservation Form
Balance to be paid on arrival. Accepted methods of payment are Cash, Traveler's Checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover.
No checks please. No refunds or credits for unused nights.
Cancellations: A refund minus 20% of deposit or a full credit applied to a confirmed alternate date will be given with written notice of (2) weeks or more prior to the arrival date. No refund or credits of deposit with less than (2) weeks written notice.
