I started painting after a friend invited me to join the Greenbrier Artists. I tried watercolor and I was hooked! I love painting florals, landscapes and still life.
A native of Nicholas County, my husband Gary and I now live on a small farm in Greenbrier County where we buy, sell and train miniature horses. My love for nature and the outdoors makes me see every season more beautiful then the last and has inspired my work. Each day brings new ideas.
I am a signature member of the West Virginia Watercolor Society. In addition to numerous ribbons and awards at shows, two of my painting have been chosen for the West Virginia Wildlife Calendar. My works are sold at Whispering Springs Haven, this website and in various shops and galleries in West Virginia, Virginia and Ohio.

Painting has changed the way I look at everything. My desire is to be able to express through watercolor all the excitement of light and color so that others may see it too!
