Scheduled Workshop Retreat Reservation Form

Terms of Reservation:

Attendance is limited to 6 persons per workshop or retreat, (maximum 12 persons, Spring, 2008). Please check Scheduled Workshops for confirmation of dates and availability. If workshop is closed for reservation, you will be placed on a waiting list and called if a cancellation occurs, or if upon demand, an alternate date is provided.

Each person in a party must register. All children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or chaperon.

Upon submitting this form, all reservations are confirmed by phone or e-mail. Within 7 days of confirmation, a 50% deposit of the total cost is required to secure reservation. Balance is paid upon arrival. A reservation confirmation packet with all necessary information for an enjoyable, safe experience will be forwarded.

Cancellations: A refund minus 20% of the deposit will be given only with written notice of two weeks or more prior to the arrival date. No refund of deposit within 10 days of arrival date. If the workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by Whispering Springs Haven, a full refund of the deposit will be returned. The attendee also has the option to apply the deposit to a future workshop of the same, an alternate date, a different workshop of your choice, or a customized retreat.

Private Retreats are available between workshop schedules. If you would like to extend your stay, additional nights and services are available. A program director will consult with you and coordinate these services. Costs are determined prior to arrival and require attendee's authorization before added to the total workshop fee.

I will abide by the house rules and safety precautions provided by the management of Whispering Springs Haven.
